
Honey Garlic Salmon

Season the surface of the salmon with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, then set aside.

Combine the honey, water, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and stir to mix well.

Heat an oven-safe skillet (preferably cast iron) over high heat. Add the olive oil and pan-fry the salmon skin-side down for 1 minute, flip and cook 1 minute, then turn skin-side down again.

Add the garlic and sauté until slightly browned, then add the honey mixture and lemon wedges and reduce the sauce until sticky.

Broil the salmon in the oven for about 1 minute until the surface is slightly charred (optional).
