
Air Fryer Thai Chicken Satay
Tender chicken skewers marinated in red curry paste, turmeric and coconut cream, air-fried until golden in 10 minutes — no grill needed. Serve with peanut sauce.

Cut the chicken breast into 10 strips, each about 2–3 inches long.

Optional: mix the chicken with the sliced lemongrass to infuse a fresh, citrusy aroma.

Add the Thai red curry paste, turmeric, fish sauce, coconut cream and half of the oil.

Stir everything well so the chicken is fully coated in the marinade.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 15–20 minutes to keep them from burning, then thread one chicken strip onto each skewer.

Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and brush with the remaining oil.
