In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix well with a fork.

Pour the Greek yogurt into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

Add the blended Greek yogurt to the flour mixture. Mix with a fork, then knead by hand until a smooth dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Flatten each dough portion slightly and place 1 tablespoon of crispy chili oil in the center.

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the chili oil and pinch firmly to seal, forming a smooth ball.

Gently press a hole through the center of each dough ball to create the classic bagel shape.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Whisk the large egg in a small bowl and brush it evenly over the top of each bagel.
