Coffee Cake

A wildly delicious butter cake with a ribbon of cinnamon through the middle, topped with a generous amount of crunchy cinnamon crumb (streusel). Called a coffee cake in the States because it's meant to be enjoyed alongside coffee, though there's no coffee in it.
